One e-mail address for your briefs
Write to contact@luxebylake.com for a brief, a question about a venue or a format, or a first conversation ahead of a tender. A few lines are enough to start: the object at the heart of the event, the city and the season you have in mind.
Our addresses in Paris and Geneva
We work from two addresses.
- Paris: 111 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France.
- Geneva: Pelichet Expositions, Route des Jeunes 55, 1212 Grand-Lancy, Switzerland.
Pelichet Expositions stores and prepares pieces and sets in Geneva before they leave for the venue. Our luxury event planner Geneva page describes projects in the city, and our event production studio in Paris page those in Paris.
In Dubai, we work on site for the Maisons, and briefs for the Gulf go to the same e-mail address. Our corporate events Dubai page covers formats and the calendar there.
Let's begin with a brief
To prepare our answer, tell us:
- your Maison;
- the format you have in mind;
- the city;
- the dates;
- the approximate number of guests.
With these details, we come back to you with our first questions on feasibility: the venue, the timing and the technical needs. You can also read how Luxury by the Lake works.
Messages sent through this form reach our team (contact@luxebylake.com) and our partner Pelichet Expositions in Geneva (info@pelichetexpositions.ch). We use them to answer your request, and for that purpose alone; our privacy policy explains how.
